Reconstruction
Years of neglect take their toll on a parking lot. After time, weather, chemicals, and high traffic volume will destroy a pavement surface. When it's just too late to do preventive maintenance, it´s time to remove and replace the whole lot.
There are various ways to reconstruct an entire lot depending upon the condition of the pavement and the sub base, and the desired design life of the new pavement...not to mention the budget.
