 HISTORY
The Pavement Network was founded in 2000 by a group of independent parking lot maintenance contractors out of a desire to better serve their regional and national
property management customers.
As these property managers have expanded their operations across the country, they increasingly faced the dilemma of finding qualified contractors to maintain their facilities.
Searching out contractors and qualifying them was a time consuming and sometimes frustrating process.
The concept behind the Pavement Network is that if a property manager is comfortable with the quality and professionalism of one of our companies, they can be assured that the rest of the members in our network will provide a similar level of service.
Our member companies serve most major markets across the country. We are constantly trying to identify and qualify new members where customers require coverage. In the event that we do not cover a given area, we are frequently able to provide referrals to qualified non-member companies.
